Once his grandmother told him, “Adelante; move forward and you will achieve your goals.” In Spanish, Adelante means “Move Forward.” Throughout his life, he used Adelante as a call to action, and a source of motivation to work toward his dreams. Rafael is a Certified Evidence-Based Life Coach. He partners with career-minded professionals, entrepreneurs, athletes, leaders, and individuals seeking ways to achieve their highest potential.
Rafael is attentive to each individual’s goal. He applies Evidence-Based Coaching in one-to-one virtual or in-person sessions to evoke awareness, and highlight strengths, weaknesses, and behavioral patterns along the route to personal development.
Rafael Vega is especially interested in wellbeing, happiness, motivation, and teaming up with individuals to achieve the best version of themselves. He believes that everyone can achieve great things as long as they take action, and his evidence-based coaching methodology is dynamic. His techniques are customizable.
In 2022, Rafael received his Evidence-Based Graduate Level Coaching Certificate from Fielding Graduate University. Rafael is a Vermont Hall of Fame Athlete Inductee who served as Head Wrestling Coach at Williams College and assisted The United States Military Academy. In 2009, he was given the New England Coach Award, and since then, has been the recipient of other awards, such as the NWCA Bobb Bubb Coaching Excellence Award. His Alma Matters are Edinboro University, John Jay College, and recently Fielding Graduate University.
