Shauna was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. She rejuvenates by working in her gardens, vegetable gardening, and native plant restoration. Her favorite thing to do is to spend early mornings by the fire pit to meditate and start the day in nature, no matter how cold it is! When it’s too hot for the fire, she hopes to spend more time on her most recent interest, fly fishing.

Shauna left a successful, decades long career as a software sales executive to found her Recovery and Addiction Services and Life Coaching organization, so she could spend the second half of her life helping others navigate their way to recover from addiction and stay sober and to thrive not just survive through this life.
