Making Extraordinary Wellness Ordinary: Spirence and Stream Companies Announce Partnership

November 29, 2024 | By: Spirence

The Malvern, PA-based Stream Companies knew that in order to fulfill its service mission to “do the ordinary extraordinarily well” and achieve their goal of “treating every client like the only client” then they needed to offer their diverse team of 500+ employees an equally extraordinary level of wellness support.

“Stream Companies Employee Wellness Program is proud to be partnering with Spirence,” said Kellie Regn, R.N. C.H.C., Stream Companies’ Employee Wellness Coordinator.

“Since its inception in 2018,” Regn continued, “Stream’s wellness program has provided many seminars focusing on mental well-being. Adding a mental health literacy platform seemed a logical next step in enriching the program.”

“Mental health seminars are great for general, singularly focused wellness education at the moment. However, our employees and our employee wellness committee identified a need for something more. Something on-demand that was simple to access, covered a variety of mental health topics, and offered regularly scheduled seminars. Spirence does all three. We are grateful to be in partnership with Spirence.”

Through this new partnership Spirence can now provide the Stream Companies community private, easily accessible mental health support tools such as wellbeing courses, interactive coaching, live and on-demand seminars, a pathway to clinical care, and Spirence’s latest offering, Spirence AI, an on-demand, AI-powered assistant that provides users with personalized mental health assessments in order to deliver proactive support, daily stress management advice, and connect them with relevant resources or direct them to clinical care.

“There’s a reason why Stream Companies has won so many accolades” said Mike Holloway, Spirence Founder & President, referring to Stream Companies’ status as a five-time winner of “Best Places to Work in PA,” their seventeen-time inclusion on the Inc. 500/5000, and their being named to the 2022 “Healthiest Employers” list by the Philadelphia Business Journal.

“In order to help them maintain this high level of service and achievement,” continued Holloway, “Spirence is here to provide their team support, no matter where they are on their mental wellness journey.”
